SHOULD YOU FIGHT YOUR TICKET?
Moving Violations & Non-Moving Violations
The most common experience a person has with the legal system is traffic violations. From moving violations such as speeding tickets to non-moving violations such as a parking ticket can negatively impact your insurance rates, lead to heavy fines and affect your driving records. Don’t be part of the 90% of people who accept the violation regardless of fault.
Hiring an attorney to fight your ticket can help by:
- Reducing the charges to lower the fine and prevent damage to your driving record.
- Review the ticket for any mistakes by the issuing body and getting the ticket dismissed.
DUI
One of the most important times for hiring a lawyer to defend you is when facing DUI charges. Being charged with DUI is a serious matter with dire consequences should you choose to fight alone. Avoiding the possibility of being charged with a DUI is the best course of action but sometimes bad things happen. Should you be arrested and charged with a DUI, a lawyer can provide you with the advice and strategy to win a DUI case.
Some of the most popular strategies for a DUI case defense are:
- Prove You Were Not Driving at the Time
- Prove the Officer Made an Error
- Challenge the Credibility of the Officer or the Evidence
- Prove You Were Not Actually Intoxicated
